Job description
Our company in Atlanta is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to oversee our biometric passport processing team The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with strong leadership skills and the ability to work full time
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of passport processors to ensure efficient and accurate processing of biometric passports
Train new team members on passport processing procedures customer service and data entry
Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring timely communication and resolution of any issues or concerns
Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement in processes and workflows
Ensure compliance with all government regulations and company policies
Requirements
Indian nationality preferred
Previous experience in passport processing or a similar role required
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach motivate and manage a team effectively
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Attention to detail accuracy and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in data entry and computer applications such as MS Office
Ability to work full time in Atlanta
Salary $1300 per month
