Job description
Learning Care Group is seeking a Team Lead at a child care center in Wayne, NJ. You will promote growth in children, lead curriculum implementation, and communicate closely with families to support the center's success.
The role includes mentoring new teachers and, in absence of leadership, stepping in as Director or Assistant Director. This is a hands-on position demanding energy and commitment to high-quality care.
