Job description
Learning Care in Colorado is seeking a Team Lead at a child care center to guide classrooms, implement curriculum, and engage families for each child's growth. You will lead the daily activities and ensure compliance with licensing and company standards.
As a Teacher Leader, you’ll mentor new hires, support fellow teachers, and potentially cover Director or Assistant Director duties while the center opens and closes.
