Job description
Learning Care in Virginia is seeking a Team Lead at a child care center to promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children in your care. You will lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, with at least 50% of your weekly schedule dedicated to instruction.
Communicate with families to support each child’s achievement and center success. Mentor new hires, assist with staff training, and step into director-type duties when needed, ensuring safety and licensing
