Job description
Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead at our child care center to guide classroom activities and support curriculum implementation. You will promote growth and safety while fostering a playful, educational environment for preschool children.
You will build strong relationships with families, mentor new staff, and may step in as Director or Assistant Director in their absence, ensuring daily care meets licensing guidelines and company standards.
