Job description
Sentara Healthcare is currently recruiting for a Team Lead for our EP Lab to work at Sentara Heart Hospital in downtown Norfolk, VA. Test your skills at our Level I Trauma Center!
Hours/Shift
Full Time Days! 40 hours per week. Minimal call time.
Department/Position Overview
The Supervisor of Cardiovascular Services is responsible and accountable for the daily operations of one or more clinical areas. Supervises procedural area staff including coordinating quality and customer service activities; assisting in the development and monitoring of the departmental budget; coordinating the purchasing and payroll processes; serving as a technical/clinical resource to team members; and performing work assignments as needed to provide appropriate coverage and to mentor/assist staff. Serves as chief retention officer for areas of responsibility.
