Job description
CAVA is hiring Team Leaders to bring our mission, values, and guest-focused service to life in our restaurants. You will lead the team daily, promote a positive work environment, and deliver on commitments to guests.
You will train and develop Team Members, delegate routines, and ensure standards are executed while supporting training and development initiatives. This role is based on site and emphasizes hospitality and teamwork.
