315 Genesee Region Home Care Association Inc is seeking a Team Leader for the Clinical Services Department in Rochester, NY. The role supervises clinicians and support staff, ensuring high-quality direct clinical services to Home Care patients.
The position includes orientation of new staff, role modeling, and participation in QA activities. Requires a Bachelor's aligned with license, NYS license in nursing-related fields, and at least one year in home care. Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week, on-site.
