Job description
CAVA is seeking Team Leaders to bring its mission and values to life in our Florida restaurants. TLs supervise daily operations, partner with GMs, promote a positive work environment, delegate routines, ensure standards, and support training and development of Team Members.
This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and guest experience, with duties including opening/closing, inventory, cash handling, food safety, and ongoing coaching. CAVA provides early wage access and comprehensive benefits.
