Job description
CAVA is seeking Team Leaders to drive our hospitality culture in Williamsburg. You will lead daily operations with the team, promote a positive work environment, and partner with management to meet guest expectations. You’ll delegate tasks, ensure standards, and support training across shifts.
The role requires overseeing opening/closing, inventory, cash handling, and food safety adherence while modeling sound decision making and teamwork.
