Job description
Samaritas is a Michigan-based human service organization that connects people with families and communities, empowering them to live their fullest life possible. As the Team Lead, Independent Living Plus (ILP), you’ll lead staff, mentor youth, and help young people build the skills and confidence needed for lifelong independence in Royal Oak.
This full-time role combines leadership, case management, and hands-on support to make a direct difference in youth transitioning from foster care.
