Job description
Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead for our Oklahoma City childcare center. You will guide classroom instruction, promote developmental growth, and ensure a safe, engaging daily routine for children.
You’ll build strong relationships with families, mentor new hires, and step in for Director duties when needed. Experience in licensed childcare and lesson planning is required; college credits toward ECE or a CDA are preferred.
