Responsive RecruiterA Team Lead manages and performs all cleaning functions. They oversee projects, various tasks, and supervise the day-to-day performance of cleaning staff to ensure the job is done according to Office Pride Standards. Team Leads act as motivators, supervisors, and mentors. It's a Team Lead's duty to guide front line cleaners into understanding and maintaining the values of our growing company.Ensure that the cleaning specifications sold to the client are being fulfilled and that the work is being completed on-time and within budget (labor and chemicals). This is a KEY role within the company and offers opportunity for advancement upon demonstrated performance.Job Duties:Oversee the cleaning of facilities assigned to you on a nightly/regular basisTrain and support new employeesConduct regular inspections of the facility and provide re-training to employees when necessaryCross-train employees to work in buildings to provide coverage when neededEnsure facilities have working equipment and enough supplies to get the job done, report problems/shortages to the officeEnsure compliance of Office Pride policies and proceduresEnforce safety and security measures at all timesFollow-up on customer complaints (coordinate with the office)Perform other duties/tasks as assignedRequirements:Able to communicate in EnglishMust be able to multi-task, be dependable, have excellent communication skills, and maintain a positive attitudeMust be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where changes may occur with little noticeMust be able to maintain open communication with the leadership team, clients, and employeesHistory that demonstrates work ethic and responsibilityMust have ability to work independently and as part of a teamMust care about quality, be detailed oriented, and work at an efficient paceAble to lift 35 lbs and physically able to be on your feet during an entire shiftMust be able to pass a criminal background checkMust have valid driver's license and reliable transportationMust be willing to travel to our office in Mason CityMust be okay working in a factory environment (using PPE when required)Job Details:Located in Mason City, IATravel outside of Mason City will be requiredTeam Leads are eligible to use a company vehicleIdeally looking for someone with late night availability until 10:00 or 11:00 PMCompensation: $16.50 - $17.50 per hourOffice Pride Commercial Cleaning Services is one of the most respected full-service janitorial and commercial cleaning companies in the nation.Built on a foundation of strong core values and a commitment to service excellence, our goals are to provide total customer satisfaction and a rewarding work environment for team members.You will be applying for a job with an independently owned and operated Office Pride franchised business and not with Faith Franchising Company, Inc., the franchisor of the Office Pride system, or any of its affiliates.
