Job description
RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking an ACTT Team Leader to coordinate care for individuals with mental health and substance use challenges across residential, school, workplace and community settings. You will supervise staff, ensure timely PCP implementation, and participate in an on-call system to provide rapid response resources.
The role requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s in a human service field with MH/DD/SA experience, plus licensure or certification as defined by the service definition.
