In addition to delivering outstanding service, you'll also tackle key holder responsibilities such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, store recovery standards, and ensuring the store is business ready every day.What You'll Do:Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service modelActively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while consistently demonstrating the core values of Crocs, Inc.Actively assist in all store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations, to create a seamless shopping experienceLead by example on the sales floor, working closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals through effective selling strategies and consumer engagementManage day-to-day team activities within your assigned area by delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely follow-up, while maintaining high service standardsServe as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers to elevate their experience and connection with CrocsAdhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiativesWhat You'll Bring to the Table:Must be 18 years or older2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership rolesFlexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality essentialDesire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environmentAbility to move merchandise with appropriate equipment to and from backroom and sales floorAbility to place and arrange items on all shelves and racksAbility to climb and descend ladders while carrying merchandiseAbility to lift 30 pounds or more with assistanceAbility to be on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours per shift and to continuously move around all areas of the storeAbility to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for a duration of timeAbility to read and comprehend instructions, reports, and information on computer/register screens as well as input information into computerThe Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
