Job description
BJC Home Care is looking for an experienced registered nurse to join the team for full-time home health visits, coordinating care and working with an interprofessional team to improve patient outcomes.
Requires RN licensure, a nursing diploma/associate degree, and 2-5 years of nursing experience. Travel to community patients is expected; hybrid scheduling and on-call coverage including weekends/holidays are part of the role.
