Job description
Benchmark Human Services in Lima, OH is seeking a Team Lead to support and train direct care staff, ensuring quality of services and health and safety for individuals served in our Supported Living homes. The role includes coordinating schedules, monitoring care and safety, and participating in meetings with families and staff.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 2+ years of ID/DD experience, and supervisory capabilities. A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required.
