Team Lead - Window CleanerFish Window Cleaning is looking for a Team Lead - Window Cleaner for our operation in Manassas, VA.We clean windows inside and out on commercial and residential buildings three stories or less. No high rise work! Everything is done from the ground or on a ladder for some residential tasks.No nights, weekends, or holidays!Perfect opportunity for anyone currently working as a construction or warehouse worker, laborers, restaurant and hospitality workers, cashiers, servers, line cooks and retail/customer service workers.We are looking for candidates that maintain positive attitudes and seek to provide extraordinary customer service.No experience necessary, we will train the right person.Growth opportunities exist within our company.Part-timeTypical Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pmPay: $600-$800 per weekJob responsibilities:Meet cleaners in the mornings for check insLead multiple cleaners on large jobsResponsible for interactions with customers on multi-cleaner jobsHandle call backsInspect and maintain equipmentPhysical Requirements:Able to stand on feet for long periods of timeAble to lift up to 60 lbs.Able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrist and armsAble to work with arms above headAble to bend and squat to ground levelAble to work in temperatures ranging from 0 to 110 degreeAble to assemble, lift and climb ladders up to 30 feetFish offers:Paid training, no experience necessaryPay based on work completedNo nights or weekendsFlexible hoursPart-time available year-roundTips and additional commission opportunitiesInside and outside workEquipment and uniforms furnishedOther Qualifications:Valid driver's licenseReliable transportationLiability car insuranceCompletion of Window Cleaner Training ProgramAbility to lead cleaners on large jobs and projectsProvide excellent customer serviceWrite legibly and speak clearlySelf-motivated and able to work aloneMust be legally authorized to work in the US.**Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply!
