Team Leader In AssemblyAre you ready to lead, inspire, and drive results? AriensCo is looking for a motivated Team Leader in Assembly to join our 1st shift team in Brillion, WI. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about continuous improvement.Pay: Starting at $26.00 + $4,000 sign on bonusSchedule & Shift: Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 4:30AM-2:30PMThe day to day...Lead assembly team membersAdherence to standard workCreate, maintain, audit, and improve standard workEnsuring team members cycle time is at or below takt time, includes helping on the line if needed to meet daily production goalsTraining new employees, transfers, and cross trainingFilling in for team members on vacation or absentRoot cause problem solving issues that prevent the cell from meeting daily production goalsGood understanding of waste elimination, continuous improvement, safety, quality, productivity, and delivery. Ability to identify waste and eliminate itProperly filling out production control charts and good understanding of the production control board and its functionAbility to effectively communicate to team members, supervisors and other Ariens Company personnelThe qualifications...Minimum high school diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredClear understanding of standard work, time observations, takt time, takt vs. actual, bar charts, standard work combination sheets, spaghetti diagramsProven understanding of 5 key measures (policy deployment measures)Training and communication skillsUnderstanding of Lean and 6SBasic computer skillsTrained in TWIBecome torque certified (training will be provided)Understands and has the ability to utilize the Ariens Company Standardized Problem Solving ProcessPast leadership experience preferredAdditional education in lean, leadership, or manufacturing preferredApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.About AriensCoSince 1933, the AriensCo name has been associated with reliable, durably crafted, high-performance outdoor power equipment.
