Job Overview
We are looking for an international BPO Team Leader to join our team. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work across US/UK time zones. Compensation is up to ₹650,000.00 per year.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise BPO team members.
Manage shift schedules, ensuring coverage for US/UK shifts.
Perform calculations and monitor team performance.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in BPO.
Experience of at least 1year of total work is preferred.
Good written and spoken English communication skills.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
