Team Member - Estate Transition Specialist

Position Overview: The Team Member role supports seniors and families through life transitions including downsizing, relocation, estate clear-outs, online auctions, and home preparation services.

nnnTeam Members work directly with clients and fellow team members to provide compassionate, organized, and efficient support during often emotional transitions.

n

nnThis position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying active, working in different environments, and being part of a supportive team.

n

n nKey Responsibilities:

nnnAssist with sorting, organizing, packing, and resettling household belongings

n

nnPrepare items for online auction, donation, shipping, or disposal

n

nnPhotograph and catalog items using mobile technology

n

nnStage and organize homes for estate sales, auctions, or move preparation

n

nnSupport auction pickup events and estate sale operations

n

nnDeliver exceptional customer service to clients, families, and community partners

n

nnMaintain respectful, compassionate, and professional communication with clients and coworkers

n

nnWork collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently

n

nnFollow company procedures for handling client property with care and confidentiality

n

nnAdapt to changing project needs, timelines, and work environments

n

nnPerform additional duties as assigned

n

n nQualifications & Skills:

nnnStrong customer service and communication skills

n

nnPositive attitude and professional demeanor

n

nnDependable with prompt and regular attendance

n

nnComfortable using smartphones and mobile apps

n

nnAbility to work both independently and as part of a team

n

nnFlexible and adaptable in fast-paced environments

n

nnInterest in antiques, resale, collectibles, or online marketplaces is a plus

n

nnAbility to maintain discretion and empathy when working with families in transition

n

nnReliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred

n

n nPhysical/Environmental Requirements:

nnnAbility to frequently stand, walk, bend, and lift

n

nnAbility to lift and move boxes, furniture, and household items as needed

n

nnComfortable working in homes with varying levels of clutter, dust, or cleanliness

n

nnAbility to work in different environments and weather conditions as needed

n

n nWork Locations

nnTerritory is primarily on the west side of Cincinnati, but job sites can be throughout the tri-state in Harrison, Hamilton, Fairfield, Downtown, Indiana or Northern Kentucky.
