DOEShift Premium: $1.50 per hourPosition Responsibilities:Operate polishers, buffers, and/or other special equipmentSafely operate machinery for polishing, buffing, and dull brushingUse specialty machinery (belt sanders, grinders, buffers) and abrasive compounds to smooth and shine metal partsWear special dept protective equipment/suitInspect parts for imperfections, defects, cracks, etcKeep work area clean and safe at all timesMust have attention to detail and work in a very safe mannerMonitor machine operations and adjust settings as necessaryRequired to hold pipe up to 10 pounds for at least 10 minutes at a timeFollow all safety proceduresMust be able to work in a team settingMust be able to stand for long periods of timeWork area can become warm during summer monthsCompX National is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Please note: your application may not be considered if you do not provide your education and work history, either by 1) uploading a resume, or 2) entering the information in the application fields directly.
