What We're Looking For Must be 16 years or older Worker's Permit required if under 18 (per Minnesota law)
0-1 year of experience in food service or retail (no worries-we train!)
Ability to stand, bend, scoop, reach, and move throughout your shift
Comfortable working in cooler environments (walk-in cooler/freezer)
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to taste products to ensure quality and consistency
Customer service mindset with cash-handling skills preferred
Ability to understand and communicate instructions in English
Bonus Points If You Have A high school diploma or are currently enrolled in school
Experience using POS systems, tablets, or smartphones
Familiarity with food, smoothies, or nutrition (helpful-but not required!)
