Minuteman Kitchen Team Member
Reports To: Kitchen Leader/Store Leader
Experience
Previous food experience is preferred, but not required.
High School Diploma or GED.
Skills Able to work well with others.
Great attention to detail.
Good communication.
Analytical and reasoning.
Customer Service
Excellent time management
Duties and Responsibilities Accurately takes customer orders
Performs suggestive selling with customers
Stocks food service inventories
Cooks food or prepares food items following standard formulas/procedures and safe handling practices
Performs cleaning duties according as specified on shift cleaning checklist
Performs other tasks assigned by management.
