nYour Day at Lowe's
nAs a warehouse Team Member, you'll build a range of skills and play a crucial role in ensuring that our stores, customers, and communities receive the products they need. You will be expected to consistently perform your tasks efficiently and work with others as part of a team. In addition, all team members are expected to follow safety regulations and procedures.
nTeam Members work in diverse departments, each contributing to our supply chain operations. These departments include Building, Shipping, and Receiving.
nKey Responsibilities
nnnReceive, organize, and ship products accurately and efficiently.
n
nnPrioritize safety by adhering to proper procedures and conventions.
n
nnPerform tasks in various departments as assigned by the Operations Supervisor.
n
nnConduct safety inspections of equipment and adhere to safety regulations.
n
n nMinimum Qualifications
nnnTeam members may work evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, with voluntary and scheduled overtime as needed (additional pay for overtime).
n
nnPhysical fitness to move continuously throughout the facility, lift up to 70 pounds, and operate power equipment.
n
nnAdherence to safety protocols, wearing necessary personal protective equipment.
n
nnAbility to work in varying conditions, from extreme temperatures to noisy environments.
n
nnStrong safety orientation and ability to work independently or within a team.
n
n nPreferred Qualifications
nnnHigh school diploma or GED equivalent.
n
nnPrevious experience in distribution center operations or warehouse settings.
n
nnProficiency in operating power equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck).
n
nnDetail-oriented with experience in a fast-paced environment.
n
nnBasic math, reading comprehension, and computer skills.
n
nnSpatial reasoning for effective product positioning.

n nShift Schedule
nThis location has the greatest need for the below shifts:
nnDays: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
n nWorking Conditions
nEnvironmental factors vary by location. You may be working in both inside and outside weather conditions. Exposure to varying climates, including extreme heat or cold, wet, damp, humid, windy, or drafty conditions, is possible. You may be exposed to constant or intermittent noises in addition to moving or shaking objects and equipment.
nLifting methods vary based on role, weight, and volume. Associates must follow guidelines, limiting single lifts to 70 pounds. Team lifts are used minimally starting at 70 pounds or when needed. Powered equipment should be used as required, with proper training or assistance from a trained coworker.
