Job description
Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Team Nurse RN at our Pembroke Family Medicine site. You will coordinate clinical management, support Primary Care providers, and educate patients in a team-based outpatient setting.
Responsibilities include triage, wound care, vaccines, and coordination of tests/referrals. Requires MA RN license, BSN preferred, CPR, and strong communication skills. The role reports to the Practice Manager and Nursing leadership.
