n

nnHelp manage client servicing needs - Contact clients regarding past due loan payments, reimbursable fees, and collateral shortfalls, while keeping bankers informed and helping ensure timely follow-up and resolution.

n

nnMaintain portfolio data quality - Process and oversee householding changes, officer assignment updates, and profit center corrections, while performing quality checks to ensure accuracy.

n

nnContribute to business development support - Assist bankers with prospecting activities, including call list development, customer relationship management updates, and preparing materials for client meetings.

n

nnProvide research, analysis, and team support - Conduct background research on prospects and collateral, assist with covenant calculations and portfolio analysis, support special projects, and provide backup coverage when bankers are away from the office.

n
