Job description
Your responsibilities
Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Controlling team
Responsibility for monthly, quarterly, annual, and consolidated financial statements in collaboration with tax advisors and auditors
Preparation of budgets, forecasts, and corporate planning
Preparation of cost calculations
Preparation of liquidity planning
Handling financing topics (e.g., banks, leasing, etc.)
Preparation of regular reports (for banks, management, etc.)
Further development of controlling tools and KPI systems
Optimization of processes and systems (e.g., BI tools, ERP systems, etc.)
Your profile
Completed degree in business administration with a focus on controlling, finance, or accounting
Several years of professional experience in controlling
In-depth knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and corporate planning
Proficient in MS Excel and experienced with ERP and BI systems
Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and team orientation
High level of initiative and sense of responsibility
