Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking a Commercial Due Diligence specialist to join the Private Equity Performance Improvement – Technology Industry Group, serving high‑growth technology clients.
You will own client deliverables, lead market analyses, design surveys, and deliver high‑quality reports, with travel up to 25%.
The role requires 3–5+ years in tech‑focused CDD with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and a track record of delivering buy‑side and sell‑side projects.
