Job description
Carbon Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver comprehensive outpatient care at our Skillman, NJ site. You will perform histories and physicals, order and interpret tests, and craft evidence-based treatment plans for a diverse patient population.
The role requires MD/DO credentials, board eligibility or certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, and an active New Jersey license. You will work on a dynamic, technology-enabled care team focused on quality and access. #J-18808-Ljbffr
