Cox Worldwide Funds plc is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Technology organization. This strategic role involves partnering with the Chief Technology Officer and will focus on talent strategy, organizational design, and employee relations.
The HRBP will drive leadership development and performance management practices while promoting our culture across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have over ten years of HR experience and a proven track record in technology sectors.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $165–190k with robust benefits.
