Job description
Santander is seeking a Vice President in Investment Banking Coverage for the Tech sector, based in New York or San Francisco. You will lead the origination and execution of complex M&A, capital markets, and advisory transactions, while managing deal processes and mentoring junior staff.
The ideal candidate has 6+ years in tech-focused corporate finance, strong leadership and client management skills, and holds a finance-related degree with SIE/79/63 certifications; MBA preferred.
