Job description
This is a remote position.
Act as the technical lead and acting CTO, overseeing product architecture, scalability, and system design.
Lead hands-on development, code reviews, and mentoring of developers.
Collaborate closely with the business and product teams to align technical strategy with business goals.
Ensure platform security, performance, and compliance with fin-tech standards.
Requirements
Proven experience (5–8 years) in software development and technical leadership, ideally within Fin-tech or payment infrastructure.
Strong hands-on coding skills in Java and deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Ability to architect, develop, and maintain scalable fin-tech platforms.
Experience with APIs, integrations, and secure transaction systems.
Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and system reliability.
Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work cross-functionally with product, business, and security teams.
