Photon is seeking a Tech Lead - API in Tampa, FL (Onsite). This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities include:
Leading end-to-end technical delivery of Java-based applications and services.
Designing and implementing scalable microservices using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
Collaborating with architects and stakeholders to define solution architecture.
Driving best practices in coding, design, and deployment.
Mentoring junior developers through code reviews and technical sessions.
Integrating backend services with data platforms like Hadoop, Spark, Hive, etc.
Ensuring system scalability, performance, security, and reliability.
Participating in Agile ceremonies and working with cross-functional teams.
Supporting DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring.
