Job description
Razer in Irvine, CA seeks a Legal Counsel to provide strategic legal support for the local business while aligning with the parent company's goals.
You will draft, analyze, and negotiate complex commercial transactions with enterprise customers and partners, collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance, and address data privacy, regulatory compliance, and IP matters. In-house and law firm experience is preferred; in-person work is required.
