Job description
Vista Equity Partners in Chicago is seeking a Private Equity Associate to gain hands-on experience evaluating and executing software investments. You will work closely with portfolio companies and learn from experienced professionals in a structured training environment.
You will develop financial models, prepare analyses for investment discussions, and support transaction execution across multiple workstreams while collaborating with management teams on strategic priorities.
