Job description
Blue Origin LLC is seeking a technically fluent Technical Product Manager, User Experience to own the complete experience layer of Terawave. From the first customer touchpoint through the self-service portal and network management interfaces, you will ensure the experience is deliberate, responsive, and worthy of the network we build.
The role requires coordinating with UX designers, defining interfaces, APIs, SLA dashboards, and incident reporting.
