Job description
Asurion is seeking a Retail Sales Technician for the Green Bay, WI area to welcome customers at the uBreakiFix store. You will combine tech knowledge with people skills to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices while guiding customers through service options.
You’ll work toward achievable sales goals, use our Serve, Solve, Sell approach, and collaborate with the team to ensure a positive, helpful experience. Prior customer service or retail experience is preferred.
