Job description
ChampionX in Houston, TX is seeking a Technical Support Supervisor to lead a 3-5 person team responsible for customer success with our SOOFIE and AURA OGI Camera products.
You will coach reps, optimize workflows, and manage daily tasks to ensure efficient support operations. Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager and cross-functional teams to drive product quality and service excellence.
