Job description
We're always looking for great LATAM tech talent. This is how you get on our radar.
LuRecruiter works with US and LATAM startups hiring tech talent who is ready to work remote.
No open role matches your profile today? Doesn't matter. We fill new searches every month, and startups don't wait around — so we do the sourcing before the role even exists.
Roles we place most:
Backend/Fullstack/Frontend Engineer · QA Engineer · DevOps · SRE · Cloud Engineer · Data Engineer · Data Scientist · ML Engineer · AI Engineer · Cybersecurity Engineer · Product Owner · Product Manager · CTO · Head of Engineering and more!
Who gets shortlisted:
Strong technical track record — mid to executive level
Fluent English, comfortable in interviews with US teams
Based in LATAM, open to remote-first roles paid in USD
Used to fast-paced, high-ownership environments
How it works: Drop your CV once. We keep your profile on file, review it against every new search we take on, and reach out directly if there's a match — no spam, no recycled job blasts.
Curious who we've placed and where? Check .
