TechBio Co-Founder / Head of Growth (100 % remote) (m/f/d)
Join as a Co-Founder and Lead Growth for a fast‑scale startup in the TechBio sector. Remote and 100 % remote.
Overview
We are serial entrepreneurs seeking ambitious leaders to co‑found and scale a bold enterprise beyond €1 B.
Responsibilities
Own, build, and run the startup in TechBio.
Embark on a development journey crafted by unicorn founders.
Hire talent through our network of over 50,000 professionals.
Coaching to prepare for multi‑million funding.
Iterate product to product‑market‑fit and support sales and marketing.
1:1 sparring with unicorn founders weekly.
Requirements
Based in Europe, Americas, or open to relocate.
Willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
Excellent communication skills in English.
