nTechnical Analyst – Service Delivery - Erlanger, KY
nThis is an Exempt level position.
nPosition Summary:
nThe Service Delivery Organization is committed to business technology support, service management, risk management, and relationship management in support of all applications and infrastructure towers. As a member of the Service Delivery Organization, the Technical Analyst will work closely with the Service Delivery Leader, Systems Analysts, Business Users, and Application and Infrastructure support teams to develop, document and deliver process and systems solutions which enable ADM’s strategy.
nThis role will be focused on the North American IBM Mainframe, serving as a technical expert to support Financial, Sales and Inventory systems.
nJob Responsibilities:
nnnDesigning, developing, testing and deploying new system enhancements and maintaining existing system functionality
n
nnProvide technical design assistance and review of small or medium enhancements and projects
n
nnPerform code review and approval to enforce coding standards across applications
n
nnWrite detailed technical designs for business requests, partnering with business and GT teams as needed
n
nnPerform technical assessment of 3rd party solutions
n
nnProvide technical expertise and support for merger and acquisition efforts.
n
nnProvide regular and accurate status updates and other documentation to management and team members for assigned work
n
n nJob Requirements:
nnnMinimum 5 years programming experience with demonstrated increase in responsibilities
n
nnProficient with COBOL in mainframe environment
n
nnDatabase experience with IMS/DB, DB2 and VSAM
n
nnSignificant CICS experience
n
nnExtensive MVS JCL experience
n
nnIMS DC, QUIKJOB, MQ experience a plus
n
nnFinancial, Sales and/or Inventory systems experience highlight desired
n
nnExhibits ability to work both in a geographically diverse team environment and independently
n
nnAbility to maintain confidentiality
n
nnStrong analytical, organization, time management, facilitation, and process management skills
n
nnDemonstrated high level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate technical and non-technical information, ideas, procedures and processes.
n
nnAble to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of the organization and cope with rapidly changing information
n
nnAbility to evaluate and negotiate priorities and adapt to new/evolving individual and team assignments as adjustments are needed
n
nnMaintains a positive work environment through teamwork & conflict resolution
n
nnStrong problem resolution, judgement and decision making skills
n
nnBachelor’s degree related to Information Systems, Business or other relevant academic discipline with a minimum 4 years job experience in IT or process area(s) preferred

nBase pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
nIf hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
nThe pay range for this position is expected to be between:

n$71,100.00 - $133,300.00
nSalaried Incentive Plan:
nThe total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus
