Job description
Responsibilities
Administer and automate provisioning across multi-vendor storage platforms in production and lab environments.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot ESXi storage connectivity—NFS, iSCSI, FC, NVMe-FC, and NVMe-TCP.
Manage Windows Server Kerberos and Active Directory integrations for secure VCF Lab environments.
Lead firmware and service pack upgrade cycles for arrays, NICs, HBAs, and server components.
Perform hardware diagnostics and remote hands guidance for on-site teams.
Configure Brocade FC switches and perform zoning, aliasing, and performance validation.
Collaborate with network, compute, and storage teams to ensure end-to-end infrastructure reliability.
Design and implement Python automation tools to streamline array discovery, LUN/volume creation, and data collection.
Contribute to continuous improvement of data center efficiency, uptime, and resource utilization.
Flexible and eager to learn emerging technologies and tools.
Strong time management and prioritization skills aligned with customer needs.
