We are hiring Technical Assembly Operators to join our manufacturing team. You'll receive paid, hands-on training to operate automated and semi-automated production equipment while manufacturing precision components for industrial and automotive customers.
You do not need previous experience with automated equipment. We're looking for dependable people who enjoy hands-op work, pay attention to detail, and are willing to learn. Opportunities exist for advancement in technical and leadership positions.

Many of our Manufacturing Technicians, Molds Technicians, Cell Leads, and Supervisors began their careers as Assembly Operators.
What You'll Do
As an Assembly Operator, you'll work as part of a production team manufacturing high-volume, precision components for industrial and automotive applications.
This is more than basic assembly. You'll be trained to operate and monitor automated and semi-automated equipment, perform quality checks, recognize process concerns, and help keep production running safely and efficiently.
Your Responsibilities will include:
* Operate automated and semi-automated production equipment
* Assemble precision products according to established work instructions
* Load, unload, and monitor equipment throughout the production process
* Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
* Learn to operate production testing and inspection equipment
* Accurately record production testing and inspection equipment
* Rotate between workstations within the production cell
* Recognize equipment, process, or quality concerns and communicate them to the appropriate team member
* Follow established safety procedures
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Work with teammates and technical support personnel to solve problems and keep production moving

* Can read and follow written and verbal instructions
* Is willing to learn multiple jobs and production processes
* Is committed to working safely every day
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Basic reading, writing, and math skills
* Manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred
* Previous automated equipment experience is helpful
We provide training for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Technical training, vocational education, manufacturing certifications, or college coursework may qualify candidates for additional technical opportunities.
