Role Summary:
Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder discussions, impact assessments, and transition planning across Pharma Commercial Analytics, HCP360, NBA, and Marketing Data ecosystems while bridging business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery workshops with xhmxlyz business and technology teams
- Assess current vs future-state data flows and integrations
- Perform downstream impact assessment across HCP360, NBA, dashboards and analytics platforms
- Identify risks, dependencies and mitigation plans
- Define quick wins, remediation backlog and change requests
- Present findings and recommendations to client leadership
- Support transition governance and program execution
