Your Role
The Healthcare Quality and Affordability (HQA) Technical Communications team creates and maintains desk level procedures to support HQA staff members, training, auditing, and business initiatives. This technical communicator, senior role will report to the HQA Technical Communications manager. In this role you will design, develop, deliver, and evaluate technical documentation and knowledge management solutions that enable the adoption of new/changing and sustainable capabilities for business and/or operational needs. You will produce, maintain, and assess the storage systems and documentation, including policies and procedures used by operations.

Your Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Requires at least 5 of prior relevant experience
Requires strong writing and editorial skills
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must have extensive experience with Microsoft Word
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements desired
Proficient in one or more development areas including use of FS Pro, Share Point, Service Now, HTML, CSS, and Microsoft Excel
Hybrid
This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week.
Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location will work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need.
