Job description
We are seeking a Technical Director – Accounting Advisory Services to lead and deliver expert accounting advisory assistance on transactions involving consolidation, stock compensation, leasing, and related topics.
Responsibilities include
Providing client-focused technical accounting guidance
Leading education and development of a team from associates to managers
Partnering on mergers, acquisitions, sell-side, and capital market transactions
Supporting audit teams with technical review of transactions
Building long-term relationships with clients and key executives
Upholding professionalism and integrity within the work environment

Minimum eight years of experience in public accounting, advisory, or corporate finance
Bachelor’s degree and CPA or equivalent license
Strong expertise in consolidation (including VIE evaluations), stock compensation, and leasing under US GAAP and IFRS
Ability to connect with senior executives and lead diverse teams
Willingness to travel and eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
