Technical Director – Civil & Structural – Dallas, TX
Are you a Civil or Structural engineering leader ready to shape the future of critical buildings and infrastructure? Then this role is for you
As Technical Director, you will lead our North America Civil and Structural team, guiding technical excellence across a growing portfolio of data centre and mission critical projects.

Regional leadership
You will lead the North America Civil and Structural team, reporting to our global Civil & Structural Director and shaping technical direction across the region.
Technical ownership
You will lead structural design work from concept through delivery, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to meet project objectives.
People leadership and team development
You will lead, mentor and develop engineers, building capability and accountability across the team. You will help the team grow as the region expands, shape the next generation of technical leaders while continuing to grow your own expertise.
Client and industry influence
You will represent the team at external meetings and build strong client relationships, raising your profile across the industry.

You will help shape the design of critical buildings and infrastructure, balancing quality, sustainability and safety in every project.

Engineering degree (or equivalent) in Civil or Structural Engineering
Professional Engineer licence
Proven experience leading a Civil or Structural discipline team
Experience leading complex Civil and Structural design across a range of building types
Strong working knowledge of applicable codes, standards and regulations
Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
