Technical Director - Enterprise Solutions & Delivery
VRIZE is looking for a technical leader who connects strategy to execution. You'll work directly with CIOs, CTOs, Chief Architects, and engineering leaders to understand complex business and technology challenges. You'll then shape practical strategies and architectures and see them through to successful delivery.
This is not a traditional presales or architecture role. You'll bring technical depth, enterprise architecture judgment, delivery excellence, and executive presence across the full client lifecycle:
What You'll Do
Technical Strategy & Executive Advisory
Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Chief Architects, and senior engineering leaders
Lead executive discovery, technology strategy, transformation roadmaps, and architecture discussions
Connect technology decisions to business outcomes, investment, risk, cost, and time-to-market
Architecture & Technical Leadership
Set architecture and technical direction for complex enterprise transformations
Apply depth across cloud, application modernization, data/AI, integration, DevOps, security, and platform engineering
Lead architecture reviews and make sound build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions
Delivery Excellence
Stay engaged from presales through implementation and operationalization
Partner with delivery leadership so solutions are sound, scalable, and commercially viable
Provide technical leadership on complex and at-risk engagements
Ensure continuity between what we envision, what we sell, and what we deliver
Partner with Sales on strategic enterprise opportunities
Lead technical discovery, solution strategy, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and executive presentations
Shape delivery models, estimates, staffing, and commercial assumptions
Grow strategic accounts by identifying meaningful technology opportunities
Leadership & Development
Mentor architects, engineering leaders, and technical consultants
Set high standards for architecture, engineering, and delivery
Build strategic relationships with hyperscalers and technology partners
What You'll Bring
15+ years in technology, architecture, engineering, consulting, or transformation
A proven record of leading enterprise initiatives from strategy through implementation
Direct experience advising senior technology executives
A hands-on background in architecture, engineering, or delivery: you've built and delivered, not only advised
Deep expertise across multiple areas of modern enterprise technology
A strong grasp of delivery models, estimation, staffing, risk, governance, and technology economics
Exceptional communication, judgment, and leadership skills
Consulting or professional services experience (preferred)
Based in or willing to work from the Dallas-Fort Worth area
