Job description
Job Title: Technical Lead
Duration: Long-term Contract
Work Mode: Onsite – 4 days/week at client office
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong API development expertise to lead and support agile delivery teams. The ideal candidate will be hands‑on, technically strong, and comfortable acting as a Scrum Master while working closely with onsite and offshore teams.
Key Requirements
Strong experience in API development using Node.js
Hands-on experience with AWS services
Experience working with MongoDB
Ability to function as a hands‑on Scrum Master
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
P&C Insurance domain knowledge is preferred
